With your digital store, you can showcase products, collect leads, and manage everything in one place. It also works as a "link in bio" page with sleek themes, customizable colors, and options to add a bio, profile image, and social media links ✅ 🙌
Currently, you can add three types of items to your store:
1 - External links – Ideal for sharing affiliate links, sales pages, or linking to products and courses 🔗
2 - Email collection forms – Perfect for building your email list and allowing visitors to subscribe to newsletters 📧
3 - Digital downloads – A simple way to sell downloadable content like guides, e-books, or PDFs 📥
More options and product types will be added soon, giving users even more ways to grow their business 🎊
The Digital Store is also fully mobile-friendly, so you can manage everything on the go! 📲
You’ll find the Digital store feature under the new “Websites” menu, alongside Blogs and Sales funnels, putting all your website-building tools in one convenient place 🗂️

You can now manage notifications for multiple domains in the Notification Center! 🎉

No more logging into each domain separately 🙌
Just go to the drop-down list located in the "communities and courses I'm a member of" section and select the domain you want to manage 💡

You can now tag community members in your posts! 🔥
Now, when creating a post in a community, you can tag people simply by typing "@" followed by the first few letters of a member's name, and a list of up to 7 members will appear showing the most relevant matches 📲
This allows you to easily select the person you want to tag
Tagged members will receive notifications, which can be easily toggled on and off in the Notification Center
This new feature makes it easier to connect with others and boosts participation within the community 🤝

We’ve improved the sales funnels UI by adding two tooltips that clarify what "Opt-ins" and "Leads" refer to! 📊
When you hover over the terms ‘Opt-ins’ inside the Statistics tab or ‘Leads’ inside the Leads tab, a tooltip will appear explaining what each statistic counts 💡
Opt-ins: Counts new email sign-ups. If an email is already on your list, we won't count it as a new opt-in
Leads: Counts the total number of email sign-ups on the funnel
This addition helps eliminate confusion, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your statistics! 📈

We've made some small updates to our course feature to improve your experience! 📚
1️⃣ Default teacher image: To simplify things, your profile picture will now be the default teacher image, saving you time on setup. But don't worry! You can still customize images for individual courses if you prefer 🖼️
2️⃣ Improved course progress bar: For courses with dripping and partial access, progress is now based on all course lectures, not just the ones available to students. This ensures an accurate representation of progress, fixing confusion where students saw 100% progress despite only having access to some of the modules of the course ✅

Big news! 🎉 We've integrated Apple Pay with systeme.io!
We're excited to announce that you can now accept Apple Pay payments through Stripe on systeme.io!
Here's how it works:
If you already have Stripe connected, your custom domains will be automatically validated and added to Apple Pay ✅
If Stripe isn't connected yet, you'll need to connect it first. The system will validate and add your domains about 5 minutes after the integration is set up ⏱️
To add new domains for Apple Pay:
1️⃣ Add the domain to your custom domains list (as usual)
2️⃣ Head to the Apple Pay method under Stripe and click it
3️⃣ Insert the domain in the pop-up
That's it! Your connected domains are now ready to process Apple Pay payments
With this integration, your customers can now complete transactions faster using their Apple devices, cutting down on manual payment entry and improving their shopping experience 🚀

You can now set a default sender email when creating a campaign, and edit it anytime you like

You can now set shipping fees for your physical products! 📦🚚
We've enhanced our e-commerce feature by adding the ability to set shipping fees for your physical products, giving you more control and flexibility in your e-commerce operations 💪
Here's how it works:
- To enable it, go to the "Shipping settings" page located in your account settings and check the box to enable shipping settings ✅
- After activating, click the blue button "Create shipping services" and enter the name of the company that will deliver your products (Local Post, DHL, UPS, etc.), then hit save 💾
- Next, click the "Create shipping zone" button to set a delivery zone. It can be local, international, or a custom zone that includes specific countries where you want to deliver 🌍
- Once your shipping zone is created, you can add shipping rules to it. Choose flat rates or price-based options based on weight, order value, and quantity 📊
And the best part?
You can add the "Shipping fees" to your order forms 🎉
Customers will automatically see available shipping options for their purchases, making checkout a breeze 🌟

We've added a Certificate of Completion to our courses feature! 🎓
As highly requested by the community, we've just added certificates of completion to our courses so you can reward your students for finishing your courses!
To activate, simply check "Issue certificate upon completion" in your course settings.
Once activated, students who complete the course will see a new "Certificate of Completion" page after finishing the course 📜
From there, they can download a PDF certificate with details about the course, the completion date, the instructor's name, and their full name 🎓💻

You can now export contacts who clicked on a URL in an email! 📧
To complement our recent update that tracks contacts who clicked on specific URLs in emails, we’ve added the ability to export these contacts 📬
Simply go to the email's statistics, select the URL you want to analyze, and hit the blue 'Export' button at the top right of the screen 🔍
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to choose the delimiter for your CSV file.
Choose your preferred option and hit 'Export' 💾
Once the process is complete, you'll receive an email with your exported list 📩
This update helps you analyze your audience's engagement more deeply, so you can identify which contacts are interested in your offers, allowing you to send them personalized follow-ups to increase your sales 💸

Big news! 🎉 We’ve integrated Google Sheets with systeme.io!
Say goodbye to Zapier or similar tools! 🚀 You can now seamlessly connect your Google account and automate data flow with just a few clicks using systeme.io 🤖
The process is simple: just head to your account settings and look for the 'Google Sheets Integration.' Then, click the button on the upper right of the screen that says 'Integrate your Google account,' choose the Google account you want to connect, and you’ll be all set 🖱️
Once connected, you'll have access to a new workflow action: 'Add a new row to a Google Sheet' 📋
Here's how it works:
- Select the action 'Add a new row to a Google Sheet'
- Choose your Google Drive 🗂️
- Pick your Google Sheet and specific worksheet
- Map your data to the existing columns
That's it! Your data will now be automatically saved to your Google Sheet ✅
Note: Your worksheet should already have titled columns. We're considering adding the ability to create sheets from scratch in the future 🛠️

We've added a "lost domain authentication" notification! 🔔
If for any reason one of your domains loses 'Verified' status in our system, such as failing to renew your domain name subscription with your provider, which can cause your DNS records to no longer match the ones in our system, we'll now send you a 'lost domain authentication' notification 🔗
Clicking on the notification will take you directly to the mailing settings, where you can instantly access your domain DNS records and see your domain's authentication status.
With this information, you can then check with your domain provider and resolve the issue to keep your business running without any problems 🚀
If you have any trouble identifying the issue, you can contact our support team, and we'll help you pinpoint the exact problem.
Please note: You'll have 3 days to resolve this issue. After that, the domain will be removed from our list of authenticated domains

We’ve updated the email link click statistics page, and now you can easily access a list of contacts who clicked on any link in your emails 📧
Simply click on the URL in your newsletter’s statistics page, and you'll be taken to a detailed view showing who clicked the link, how many times, and their basic contact information
This helps you identify which contacts are interested in your offers, allowing you to follow up with them and increase your sales 💸

Important change to our affiliate program tracking! 🚨
Until now our affiliate program was operating as a "last cookie" affiliate program (when several affiliates referred the same person, the last affiliate was rewarded).
This has raised some important issues:
Affiliates were spending more time on stealing affiliate commissions from other affiliates rather than on bringing new customers to our company (which is pretty much what we want to reward our affiliates for).
Note that even affiliates who wanted to bring new customers to systeme.io had to fight back to keep other affiliates from stealing customers from them ⚔️
The goal of our affiliate program (that pays 60% lifetime commissions) is to refer customers to us, and nothing else 💸
Some affiliates run Google ads to steal customers referred by other affiliates.
So we have decided to make an important change to our affiliate program tracking:
- From now on, we won't update the affiliate of a referral once he has signed up for the free plan (after all, why update the affiliate ID of a referral once he has signed up for our free plan?)
The only exception to this rule is for affiliate links to systeme.io payment pages. This way, an affiliate who has a referral ready to sign up for a paid plan can still earn affiliate commissions on this sale 💳
For example, if you send your affiliate link to one of our payment pages to someone, and this person clicks on your link and purchases, you will get credit for the sale even though this person had been referred by another affiliate before.
I am pretty sure some affiliates will fight back against this so let me remind you something very important: we will pay the SAME AMOUNT OF affiliate commissions, so it will be the same amount of money paid to affiliates
(remember we started with 40% affiliate commissions at the launch of systeme.io and raised it over time to 60%) 💸
We made this change to ensure our affiliates are rewarded fairly for bringing in new customers and feel encouraged to continue promoting the platform 🙂

We've added limits to the number of bulk actions on the contacts page🚨
To avoid system overloads that could delay your work using systeme.io, we've set limits on bulk actions like deletion, adding tags, and other similar tasks when applied to a selected number of contacts.
The limits are:
- 3 actions per 5 minutes
- 30 actions per 30 minutes
- You can't start a new task until the previous one is completed
These limits help keep the system running efficiently and prevent unnecessary slowdowns 🚀

To see who liked your post, just hover over the number of likes next to the like button🖱️
A tooltip will appear showing up to 7 names of people who liked the post.
📋 If more have liked it, we'll show the phrase "and # others"
