It’s very simple to create a course on Systeme.io.
Just go to the “Products” tab and click on “Courses”:
You’ll then see all the courses you’ve already created (or imported, because YES, it’s possible to import a course!):
Simply click on “Add a Course” to create a new one.
Then, you’ll need to fill in several fields in the popup that opened:
Finally, you’ll need to select one of the templates offered before clicking on “Save”.
From there, your course is created and added to your dashboard of courses.
You’ll then notice a few things:

To start adding content to your course, return to your list of courses and click directly on the name:
You can begin adding your first module and its chapters.
Each time, you’ll need to choose the name of your module and your chapter.
To add a new chapter, you’ll also need to choose whether you want it to be delivered immediately (value = 0) or if you want to apply a delay before it’s available (e.g., in the case of a multi-day challenge).
Then select a template and save!
You’ll find all the options on the three dots at the end of the chapter line:
By default, your chapters are inactive, so remember to activate them when they’re finished, otherwise your students won’t see them.
TIPS
Really work on your first chapter, applying your branding, important links (for example, in a course footer), and then save time by duplicating your chapter each time!
By clicking on “Edit” or on the name of your chapter, you’ll open Systeme.io’s drag-and-drop editor and can start customizing your template:
Your imagination is the only limit at this stage! You can stick to something very simple or push the customization as far as you want!
Don’t forget that you can also duplicate chapters and/or save blocks if you want to reuse certain parts in your content.
Note: If you duplicate chapters, remember to change the name of the page. This is the name that appears in the browser tab:
Click on settings and customize everything that needs to be customized: text color, link color, font size, etc.
You’ll be able to create your entire course like this.
When your student makes a purchase, they’ll automatically receive their access in their inbox IF you’ve correctly set up your automations.
In your sales funnel, you need to add access to the course after the sale (or after opt-in if you’re offering your course for free):
And if necessary (e.g., if a student changes their email address), you can also manually add them (an email will then be sent to provide access):
If you look at the previous screenshot, you can click on “Students”. You’ll then see the list of all the students in your course:
For each one, you can track their progress and their last login date.
But you can go further by clicking on the three dots at the end of the line to remove the student from your course.
And finally, you can click on the student’s email to learn more about them:
You’ll see all the courses they own with you, and by clicking on the three dots, you can export their activity log.
This is the best way to know exactly when your student logged in, how long they stayed on each part of your course, and even their IP address (handy for knowing if your student is sharing their access).
